Not cool, Robert Frost!

I have had a couple of people post this on Facebook. Some of you may have already seen it, but I thought I'd share it on here. Post your response in the comment section. I'd love to hear what you all think about what this kid has to say.

  1. I think that this video clip is very motivational. It put me in a good mood by just watching it. This little boy has a bright view of life and the way we live it. I wish more people could be like him. He wants to make the world a better place and he thinks that will happen if everyone will dance and be nice. This boy is so young and already see’s that our world is dark and mean. He wants to “pep talk” to everyone and get them to be excited about life and how we live it.

  2. I loved this when you showed this to us in class. The first thing I did when I got home was show it to my mom. I love how inspirational this video is, and also how inspirational the little boy is. I agree with everything that he says, he really does know how cruel this world really is. He really opens the viewers eyes in a different way that most people cannot do. I really did enjoy this and I watch it frequently, every of often.

  3. I thought for a young boy making an inspirational "pep talk" he did amazingly well. It makes me want to live my life a little bit more, and add more fun into it. Maybe we should have a dancing day in English!

  4. I was amazed how this little boy could say what he was saying. It was motivational. I feel like an idiot hearing him because he seems very intelligent. It makes me want to read more and be an advanced reader!

  5. This kid for his age even though this is more than likely scripted would have some amazing thoughts. I think he is very motivational and moving. If we had more kids in the world with his thought process our future could actually look bright and not be so depressing as the older generations make it seem to be. Thank you for the speech kid president.

  6. I love this little boy. When you showed this in class I couldn't help but smile. The writers of this video really knew what they were doing by casting this little boy. This video is extremely motivational and enjoyable.

  7. Revisiting this blog post, I think that this pep talk helped me with the rest of the year. It helped make everything seem better, and just to enjoy highschool. I think this pep talk will continue with me for the rest of my life.

  8. I think that this video is really motivating, until its over... I think that this kid has a lot to say and if he actually came up with some of the stuff he said, on his own, that he is one of the few out there who actually know what is going on. He knows how the world should be. How people should live. There needs to be more videos like this, more that motivate people. We need it. All of us.

  9. I remember watching this video last year in band and being so happy and ready to change the way I acted towards others. I think it is important to know what really matters and to act towards achieving that. I hope more people see this video in the future because it could change your whole perspective on things and make you want to help people.

P.S. What I wrote before was really good, but it deleted because I went to post it as a user when I didn't want to make an account.

  10. I remember when K Rod showed our class this last year and it really started to make me second guess becuase I thought that it was so crazy that this little boy knew what should really be going on and we should not be "boring" it gave me motivation for a little while then it just started to wear off until I just now watched it again. I think this kid was really motivating and I need to remember to watch it when I feel unmotivated and not willing or wanting to do something. I have watched some other Kid president videos and hes very encouraging.

  11. I think what this little boy has to say is very motivating. The boy has a good view of life and knows how important it is how you treat others, and how others treat you. Kid President can certainly change your persepective on life.

  12. He is really motivating and I never realized how important it is to treat others like I want to be treated. He has now opened my eyes and made me realize a whole bunch of different things.

  13. I watched this video last year in my English class and found it kind of humorous. I find it funny that this child has more motivation than half the adults of the world.

  14. This peppy little spit fire can turn anyone's day around. Everyone gets to a breaking point when they have too much to deal with. This little guy could do just the trick to motivate someone into finishing what they've started.

  15. This kid has some really wise words. Life isn't a game. You only live once so make it worth your time.

  16. I really love this video and it made my day. This kid is definitely going somewhere in his life. This video showed me that I have my whole life ahead of me and I need to see all that the world has to offer, not just what is right in front of me. Most of all, this clip made me kind of ashamed of myself because a, what, 8 year old has more motivation than me?? Come on!
